This year's festival will be larger than our inaugural event in 2017, and we will need a large volunteer group. We are looking for at least 20 to 30 volunteers to cover various shifts and responsibilities. Volunteers will get a free festival shirt, access to the volunteer lounge with free drinks and snacks, and a food voucher.
Use the link below to submit your volunteer registration. Thank you!
We still have space for artist booths, performers, and musicians! We are looking for local artists and talent for our festival. Not sure if you should apply? Do it anyway! We would love to preview your work and we may all be surprised.
For musicians: we have 2 stages and an acoustic space.
For artist booths: We are running out of covered/indoor space. If you have a pop-up canopy we suggest indicating on the application as we will have plenty of outdoor space.
We look forward to hearing from you!

We are thrilled you want to contribute to the WEST SIDE ARTS, FOOD & MUSIC FESTIVAL! Please fill out the form below. Space is limited and applications will be reviewed by our #WestFest Planning Committee. Final decisions will be made no later than Friday, June 9th. Please note we are a non-profit entity and the purpose of this festival is to bring together our community to support west side businesses and groups. This is a great opportunity to get your brand out there to hundreds of west side residents. Connections to the west side are desired, but not required. A small stipend may be available to performers, depending on hitting fundraising sponsorship goals. Click here to fill out an easy survey.
You ask. We deliver! We have had over SIXTY residents express interest in reviving Neighborhood Watch on the west side. We at RNT want to make this as easy as possible for you, so we created the Neighborhood Watch Starter Kit, complete with a step-by-step process on how to get started, helpful templates that enable you to create your own flyers, brochures, agendas and phone trees, and handy resource information for important phone numbers.
Check out the NEW Neighborhood Watch Starter Kit HERE. You can even forward this link to a friend.
Studies show that starting Neighborhood Watch group can have a “significant reduction in crime,” and that on average, there was a 16% decrease in crime in Neighborhood Watch communities when compared with control areas. Are you ready to help reduce crime in your neighborhood? Do you want more resources to fight vandalism and criminal activity? This is the kind of change we want to see from Rose Park to Glendale! Spring and summer are coming and this is a great time to organize before we see a bump in activity. Join us for snacks and conversation and meet your local SLCPD Detectives to learn more about Neighborhood Watch, how to engage in-person and on social media, and how to build a Neighborhood Watch on your block!
Wednesday, February 8th from 6:30-7:30pm
The INN Between (340 Goshen St) SLC, UT 84104
Please join us for our first community event on Thursday, October 20th from 6:30-8:00pm. This will be an informative event and an opportunity for you to tell local stakeholders what YOU want to see from North Temple, our Grand Boulevard. We will focus on things you've told us are important, like reducing crime, improving safety and increasing economic development. Come chat with your local representatives and show them how important North Temple is to the west side! This event will be fun and interactive! (Anyone who knows us know we throw fun parties :)
We love and appreciate the businesses along North Temple!! Do you have a business? We will have a special area set up for you to share information with residents. For inquiries about a booth space, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
More details to come!
